It's beautiful apartment so close to stores and restaurants/bars and casinos, loved it. Staff is always affable and amazingly great. The location of the property is amazing right across the ocean, favourable to walk around the area.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right by the sea and offered a stunning ocean view. The room was comfortable and clean, with great air conditioning. We were impressed by the friendly staff and their prompt service. There were also many restaurants close by, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. it was a fantastic experience.

We did notice a bright light outside the property at night, which made it necessary to keep the curtains closed.

Marvellous and convenient location close enough to restaurants/bars as well as better neighborhoods, everything good. People who work there are helpful. There's views of the ocean. I tried some drinks at sushi bar Pearl Urban Lounge, located 5 minutes away. I loved the place.

I loved the location of this apartment, right on George Washington Avenue near the Malecon. The area is very festive and there is a lot of Spanish spoken here. The nearby restaurants are top notch, and you can even work out in front of the ocean. It's easy to get around the city and the Colonial Zone, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The view from the apartment of the Caribbean Sea is amazing.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the condo in Santo Domingo. The value for money was great and the room itself was amazing. I especially loved the view of the ocean from my upper level room. The location was perfect, and the friendly staff made my stay even better.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

I had an amazing time staying at Condo Villa Marbella for a week-long vacation. The location in Malecon was perfect - a vibrant and festive area with plenty of Spanish-speaking locals. The restaurants nearby were top-notch, and I loved being able to work out in front of the ocean. The view from my cozy and well-decorated apartment was beautiful, and the affordable price made it even better. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC and WiFi worked fantastically. a great experience!

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in the Condominio Marbella in Gazcue. It was the perfect choice for my family. The location on George Washington Avenue, Malecon was fantastic, with easy access to the festive atmosphere and Spanish-speaking locals. The apartment provided a stunning view of the Caribbean sea, and the parking inside the condominium was a great convenience for our rented car. The staff, including Mr. Victor and his wife, were incredibly friendly and even washed our car for us. With plenty of restaurants in the area and the option to work out in front of the ocean, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We plan on returning to Condominio Marbella in the future.

The apartment had a well-furnished, good looking living room with a bedroom and spacious closet. The WiFi connection was good and the hosts were very nice and helpful. They promptly fixed the AC when it wasn't working. The view was beautiful and the price was affordable. The apartment was small, cozy, and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and there were cool water bottles in the refrigerator. The location on George Washington Avenue, Malecon, was safe and convenient. Uber worked well for transportation and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints whatsoever.
